AFMA GROWS PARTNERSHIPS

AFMA Director of Association and Other Association Partnership Relations, Pete Erickson announced today the formation of a joint cooperative association alliance with Overeaters Anonymous. “We feel there are many synergies both organizations will experience through this partnership,” Mr. Erickson explained. “While our members are too busy eating to realize what is going on around them, their members will be able to remain anonymous while they keep overeating. We think the end result will be higher revenues for the restaurants in which we consume.”

While OA Executive Director explained that the real goal of their organization is to help members reduce calorie consumption, Mr. Erickson, pictured here, outlined the top three benefits of OA membership for AFMA members: no fees, no dues, no diets.
